Our Mission
At Volunteers for Youth, we believe that every young person in Rogers County deserves the opportunity to succeed. Through mentorship and community engagement, we strive to provide support and guidance to the youth in our community, helping them build a better future for themselves. Our programs are designed to foster growth, resilience, and confidence. Our team is passionate about making a difference and we welcome you to join us in our mission to uplift the next generation—because they’re worth it.
The programs in place to achieve this vision include a site-based and group mentoring program (PAL+), an after-school setting for students in grades 6, 7 & 8 (BLAST), a Drug-Free Communities project in the Oologah-Talala school district, and a Healthy Living Program funded through the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust.
Join us in our mission to empower the next!

Empowerment Through Education
At Volunteers For Youth, our approach is centered around empowering the youth through education. We provide resources, workshops, and mentorship programs to equip young people with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in various aspects of life.
Community Engagement
We are deeply committed to fostering community engagement and involvement. By collaborating with local organizations, schools, and families, we create a network of support that enables the youth to thrive and reach their full potential.
Building a Brighter Future
Our focus on mentorship, education, and community involvement is aimed at building a brighter future for the youth of Rogers County. We believe that by investing in our young generation, we are nurturing the leaders and change-makers of tomorrow.
